You should never go more than a month without a period. Sometimes periods seem irregular if your cycle is less than 28 days. It’s best to start tracking your periods on a period app on your phone to fully evaluate them. A normal cycle is 21 to 35 days.

Sounds like symptoms of perimenopause. Perimenopause can occur years before menopause. Menopause is defined as going a year without periods— but those pesky symptoms can start way earlier. Make an appointment to discuss hormone replacement therapy or non-hormonal options!
-
Bleeding after menopause is never normal and needs to be evaluated. Make an appointment to discuss further and we can figure it out together.

Vaginal discharge can range from whitish to gray to yellowish AND still be normal. If you are having vaginal discharge + discomfort, itching, burning, pain, or odd smell, then let’s test you for infection. OR if you had a recent partner change and want to get tested, come by!

Birth control comes in many forms. Birth control does not affect your fertility later in life. Combined hormonal birth control can lower your risk of ovarian cancer and uterine cancer. Every woman is different, but we can find a birth control that’s right for you. OR something else depending on your needs.
